Cagatay Goktas has +17 years of experience in shipping and dry cargo chartering. Before Allegro he worked for a well known cement trading company’s Istanbul, Malta, Dubai and Singapore offices for 10 years and fixed over 20 million tons of clinker, cement, bagged cement, coal, petcoke, slag, bauxite, limestone and gypsum.
He holds a BSc degree from Istanbul University Maritime Transportation and Management Engineering department and an MSc in Shipping, Trade & Finance from Cass Business School City University of London.

He drafted and negotiated finance documents; capital markets documents; SPAs and JVAs.
